No, no – I’m not throwing in the towel. That’s It and I are partnering together to talk about their delicious snack bars. Have you heard of them? I was so excited when this opportunity presented itself, I’ve been a fan long before I started blogging! I first starting noticing these snack bars at my local Starbucks register and since they’re gluten free, I decided to give them a try.
Their products are all fruit based and gluten free, raw and vegan friendly – yes!
That’s It also came out with some flavorful zesty snack bar varieties that I can’t stop grazing on, especially the apple cinnamon flavor, so much yum! If you’re anything like me, you’re especially terrible at eating breakfast in the morning and grab something on the go – am I right? #guilty. Suddenly I’m two cups of coffee into my morning and all types of jittery wondering why I can’t seem to type with functioning fingers. Oooohhh breakfast – right.
I pack my purse with these snack bars for moments like those and a quick snack in between the day, plus being fat free makes them all the more guilt free! Did I mention they’re also preservative free, non-GMO and high in fiber? So in a nutshell, they’re packed with nutrients and they’ll help you poop: all positive things people! If you ask any of my patients, they’ll tell you we talk about poop regularly – it’s incredibly important! And I think I just found my next wednesday wellness topic! Ha!
