My darling girl is 3 months old! I blinked and 3

My darling girl is 3 months old! I blinked and 3 months flew by quicker than I was prepared for! I’m going back to work and back to the last of my school clinicals this month and am not emotionally prepared for it. I know I’ll be a mess. She babbles and makes new noises every day. She studies her hands and has now started noticing toys and bringing them to her mouth. She’s got rolling over from stomach to back pretty figured out. She loves flashing lights and finds them fascinating. She stills prefers naps on mommy which I’m never wanting to end. It’s wild to compare the newborn phase to 3 months and how much she’s filled out. Seeing her continue to discover the world around her is such a joy. When do we lose that curiosity? It makes me want to always encourage and protect it for her. My heart squeezes every time I look at her, and yes, I still cry when I think of how lucky and blessed we are. This time last year was nearing the day we transferred her (as an embryo) and being so unbelievably scared it wouldn’t take. Look at us now! She’s the piece of our hearts that makes everything feel complete ❤️
