    i love this so much! you brought up SUCH valuable points! Too often i see people not actually dealing wit hstres and geting sick later in life and really believe it’s all related. i think we have to care for ourselves across the four bodies: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual <3

    These are great tips! I actually do yoga about 3-4 times a week. I love it because not only am I taking care of my body and getting exercise, I also get to meditate, taking care of my mind!

    I love this so much! I spent a lot of time in my early 20s struggling to find my value. Even now, it can be tough sometimes, but I’ve found that when i am valuing myself, those are the times when I’m happiest. I also love that you mentioned being around positive people. It really makes all the difference.
